Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
